• What are the costs of TipSpot on my mobile?
  TipSpot for mobile is free. But, please note that you may incur data charges from your carrier using this service. If you expect to use TipSpot a lot, we recommend you subscribe to a fixed data plan which are currently around 10 Euros a month.
• Why can’t I download TipSpot for mobile?
  This is probably because your mobile internet settings are not correct. These settings should be switched on in order to be able to download the application. Switching it on is free and your customer service of your operator can help you with this. Also you can text INTERNET to 1300 to receive your settings automatically. (Dutch subscribers only)
• What are Wap/GPRS settings?
  These are the settings that enable your phone to create a data connection via WAP or GPRS network. These settings should be switched on in order to be able to download the application. Switching it on is free and your customer service of your operator can help you with this. Also you can text INTERNET to 1300 to receive your settings automatically. (Dutch subscribers only)
• I received a text message back, what should I do?
  Click on the link in the text message or copy it into your mobile browser and follow the instructions that given on the download page.
• When I click on the link and start the installation procedure I get all these questions, what should I do?
  To install TipSpot for mobile on your handset you have to give certain permissions, answer these questions affirmative or with a yes to make sure you get TipSpot for mobile up and running in no time on your mobile.
